CPIHL charges admission fees for all games.
Adults: $4.00
Students: $3.00
Seniors & Military: $2.00
Children under 12: Free
It is the home team's responsibility to collect the admission fees at the entrance. This requires volunteers. Please help your club out by volunteering. Set up should be 45 minutes prior to the game.

5. Photo Release/Authorization Form
All players must register with USA Hockey.
All of the forms, USA Hockey registration, and a required deposit of $150.00, must be mailed to:
